5. The below screen will appear.   Enter your Full Name, address, city, state, zip and price you are asking for the property you are listing.

Enter a description of the property in the "Preview Description box. Place a check mark in the "Auto Format" box. This will insure that your listing phoeos appear properly.

Enter a description of the property in the "Full Description box. Place a check mark in the "Auto Format" box. This will insure that your listing photos appear properly.

Select the type of property using the TYPE drop down arrow (Home, Townhouse, Condo, Apartment, Duplex, Triplex, etc.).

Select all of the features of the property you are selling.

When you are done with that you will be ready to ADD photos of your property (next page.

NOTE: For the purposes of this tutorial, we have displayed an example of a "Rental" listing.   If you are renting a property, such as an apartment, townhouse, condo, duplex, etc., you would select this TYPE of property, and describe the property accordingly. If you are listing a Home For Sale, you would select SALE as the Listing Category.
